Centra e-Meetings

UT Extension has 40 Centra licenses available for conducting meetings and training in real-time, online sessions. As an eMeeting leader, you can bring Extension personnel and other participants together online in a highly interactive virtual classroom. This technology will help maximize time and travel dollars.

e-Meeting Request Form

To request an eMeeting to be scheduled, complete and submit this form. A maximum 40 participants (including the meeting leader) can be accommodated for a specific date and time period. After submitting your request form, you will receive an email confirmation within approximately two business days which will provide the URL Log-in, Event ID Number, UserName and Password.

First Time Users

Click here for information on installing the Centra software and adding it to your trusted site list. Then run the system check.

Helpful Tips and Links

As the first meetings are being held across the state, campus and region IT staff will be available to assist with system problems. Be sure you open the Centra link in Microsoft Internet Explorer, not the Notes browser. Just like attending a meeting in a location, you should plan your full attention when participating in an eMeeting. This may mean closing your office door to block out noise, not making or taking phone calls and not visiting with clients. You are encouraged to be ready to speak up and participate. Your individual contribution to the meeting will determine the success and satisfaction you have with this new technology.
