Manages the UTIA e-Marketplace Website, coordinates and facilitates Web and video conferences and downlinking satellite programs. She also provides support for net-ID requests, password changes and database logins. |

| Billy Williams |
Handles computer tech support (help desk), installs hardware and software, maintains network connections for the Knoxville campus, and shares responsibility for the Lotus Notes and AgWeb servers. |

| STATEWIDE EXTENSION COMPUTER SUPPORT |
| The statewide Extension computer support personnel are located in each of the three Extension regions. They are available to handle all situations including basic computer set up, networking issues, conducting training sessions on current technology and software, and responding to "help-desk" calls.
