Employee Relations Advisory Council

Purpose  |  Responsibilities  |  Member Contacts

The Employee Relations Advisory Organization (ERAO) serves as a formal vehicle of communication between University employees and the Administration. Employee Relations Committee representatives play a pivotal role in advising and influencing University policies, as well as discussing employee needs and concerns with the University Administration. I want to encourage each of you to get involved with and support this organization.

The purpose of this Website is to provide you with information about the ERAO Employees eligible to serve as representatives must have at least one year of regular, continuous service with the University, must be employed full-time, and must be in a non-supervisory role.

Again, let me encourage you to participate and support your elected representative. If you have questions about the Employee Relations Advisory Organization or the elections, please contact UT Human Resources Employee Relations, (865) 974-6018.

Thank you.
Dr. Joseph A. DiPietro
